На много от нас ни се е случвало да не успеем да се пъхнем в любимите
си дрехи, защото сме се отпуснали напоследък и сме си хапвали доволно.
Ако ви се наложи спешно да свалите паласките, специалистите по
диететика препоръчват да ограничите избора си на храна върху продукти,
които са богати на витамини от група Б. Това са млечните продукти,
гъбите, свинското месо, рибата, гроздето и цитрусовите плодове, грахът
и картофите. Тези храни ви гарантират бързо стопяване на тлъстинките и
запазване на енергията. Според диетолозите, с такава диета, за 3 дни
можете да се сбогувате с 2 - 3 килца.

И през трите дни е задължително да консумирате:

Кисело мляко с мюсли На закуска: 1 портокал, 2 с.л. мюсли с 1 ч.чаша кисело мляко (1,5 % масленост).
В 10 часа: 1 ч.чаша кисело мляко.
В 16 часа: 1 ч.чаша кисело мляко с 1 с.л. ленено семе.

Първи ден:

Обяд:

Изпечете
на скара 100 г свинско месо. Задушете 200 г моркови в 1 с.л. олио и
подправете с лимонов сок, щипка сол и 1 кафеена чашка зеленчуков бульон.

Вечеря:

Задушете
150 г печурки с 1 с.л. олио, лимонов сок, черен пипер и щипка сол. 30 г
краве сирене нарежете на кубчета и прибавете към охладените гъби.
Гарнирайте със 100 г зелена салата (или репички). Изяжте и филийка
черен хляб.

Втори ден:

Обяд: Яйца

Сварете
2 яйца, разрежете ги на половинки и извадете жълтъците.Разбъркайте ги
на пастет с 1/2 с.л. маргарин и 1 с.л. топено сирене. Получената смес
върнете в яйцата. Гарнирайте с чашка соеви кълнове, които сте си
приготвели предварително (соевите зърна подредете м/у влажна салфетка
за два дни ). Полейте ги с лимонов сок и 1 с.л. бадемово масло.

Вечеря:

Нарежете на ивички 1 червена чушка и 1 зелена. Добавете резенчета
ябълки и киви и 30 г кашкавал на кубчета. Залейте с марината от 1 с.л.
олио и 2 с.л. соев сос. Изяжте и филийка пълнозърнест хляб.

Трети ден:

Обяд:

Изпечете на скара 100 г филе от риба и гарнирайте със салата от
200 г спанак и шепа зърна от зелен боб, задушени предварително.
Добавете още 30 г варен ориз, и полейте цялата порция с лимонов
сок и 2 с.л. олио.
Вечеря:

Нарежете
на кубчета 100 г шунка, 1 ябълка на резенчета, а стрък праз на
кръгчета. Разбъркайте добре и прибавете 1 ч.чаша кълнове от соя и леща.
Мариновайте салатата с 1 с.л. млечна майонеза и 3
с.л. лимонов сок. Накрая добавете 20 г кашкавал. Изяжте и филийка
черен хляб.
